YAY ADAM SEMO! Adam Semo, a math teacher at Short Pump Middle School, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored him recently!

"He is always willing to go out of his way to lend a helping hand. He is the definition of a team player!
"Adam takes enormous pride in his responsibility of creating materials that will be useful to all HCPS math teachers and students. During the summer he can be seen working with other math coaches and curriculum writers talking about best teaching strategies and how to create material to help students best understand the material. He is my go-to for feedback on my work and he makes working though the summer enjoyable. Adam is just the best colleague and friend. He is truly the Heart of Henrico."
